My journey我的经历
I started on the floor in Mumbai, at The Leela Kempinski, then in bars and nightlife. After an MBA in Hospitality Management at Les Roches, Switzerland, I built my career in China: Sheraton Dongguan, Beijing Marriott Northeast, Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou, InterContinental and Hotel Indigo Lijiang, Sofitel Haikou (pre-opening Director of F&B), Sofitel Sanya (Accor A'LIMITLESS), and Pullman Shanghai Central as Hotel Executive Assistant Manager.
我的职业生涯从孟买 The Leela Kempinski 一线起步，后在酒吧与夜生活场所历练。获得瑞士理诺士酒店管理MBA后扎根中国：东莞喜来登、北京东北万豪、广州四季、丽江洲际及英迪格、海口索菲特（开业餐饮总监）、三亚索菲特（雅高 A'LIMITLESS 项目），以及上海中心铂尔曼驻店副总经理。

In 2025 I joined Madame Ching in pre-opening as founding General Manager and concept lead, alongside chef-founder Derek 'Dali' Wong, and developed its cocktail bar 卿库 Treasury. The restaurant was named New Restaurant of the Year (Editor's Pick) at the That's Shanghai Food & Drink Awards 2025.
2025年，我在筹备期加入美德卿，担任创始总经理及概念负责人，与主厨创始人 Derek “Dali” Wong 合作，并打造鸡尾酒吧「卿库」。餐厅荣获 That's Shanghai 2025 餐饮大奖“年度新餐厅（编辑之选）”。

How I work工作方式
Numbers first, then the floor. A plan only counts if the team can run it on a busy Saturday. Hotels taught me discipline and independents taught me speed. Most owners need both.
先看数字，再看现场。方案只有在周六晚高峰也能执行，才算有效。酒店教会我纪律，独立餐厅教会我速度，大多数业主两者都需要。
