What we collect 我们收集哪些信息

Only what you choose to send us: your name, company or venue, city, email, an optional WeChat or WhatsApp ID, and the details of your enquiry. We do not ask for sensitive personal information. Please do not include it in your message.

仅限您主动提供的信息：姓名、公司或门店、城市、邮箱、选填的微信或 WhatsApp 账号，以及咨询内容。我们不要求提供敏感个人信息，请勿在留言中填写。

Why we use it 使用目的

To reply to your enquiry, arrange an introductory call, prepare a proposal and, if we work together, deliver and invoice the engagement. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing without your separate consent. We never sell them.

用于回复您的咨询、安排初步沟通、准备方案；如达成合作，用于项目执行与开票。未经您另行同意，不会用于无关的营销，也绝不出售。

Legal basis 处理依据

Your consent when you submit the form or contact us, and where needed to take steps you request before entering into a contract with us (PIPL Article 13).

Who receives it 信息共享

Our service providers, and only so they can run the services we use: Netlify, Inc. (website hosting and form processing, United States) and Tencent Exmail (email, mainland China). If you contact us by WeChat, WhatsApp or LinkedIn, those platforms' own policies also apply.

仅为提供服务而交由以下服务商处理：Netlify, Inc.（网站托管与表单处理，美国）、腾讯企业邮箱（中国境内）。如您通过微信、WhatsApp 或领英联系我们，亦适用相应平台的隐私政策。

Transfers outside mainland China 跨境传输

Because our website and form are hosted by Netlify in the United States, details you submit through the website are processed outside mainland China. By submitting the form you consent to this transfer. If you prefer to keep your details in mainland China, contact us by telephone or WeChat instead.

本网站及表单由位于美国的 Netlify 托管，因此您通过网站提交的信息将在中国境外处理。提交表单即表示您同意该跨境传输。如您希望信息留在中国境内，可改用电话或微信联系。

How long we keep it 保存期限

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 12 months of our last contact. Engagement records are kept for as long as accounting and contract law requires, then deleted.

未形成合作的咨询信息，自最后一次联系起 12 个月内删除；合作相关记录按会计与合同法规要求的期限保存，期满后删除。

Your rights 您的权利

You may ask to access, copy, correct or delete your information, withdraw your consent, or ask how it is processed. Email nil@fanhospitalityconsulting.com and we will reply within 15 working days.
