Opening an independent contemporary-Cantonese restaurant and nightlife venue on Yanping Road, Jing'an, from zero.从零开始，在静安延平路开出一家独立的当代粤菜餐厅及夜生活场所。

A new independent opening in one of Asia's most competitive dining cities, with chef-founder Derek 'Dali' Wong.

The challenge挑战

No existing systems, team or track record: licensing workstream, hygiene compliance, kitchen and bar systems and a team all had to be built before opening night, while creating demand for an unknown venue.

没有现成的体系、团队或口碑：证照流程、卫生合规、厨房与吧台系统和团队都需在开业前搭建完成，同时还要为一家新店创造需求。

Approach方法

  • Built the operating infrastructure: SOPs, licensing workstream, hygiene compliance, kitchen and bar systems, team structure.搭建运营体系：SOP、证照流程、卫生合规、厨房与吧台系统、团队架构。
  • Developed the 卿库 Treasury cocktail bar inside the venue.在店内打造「卿库 Treasury」鸡尾酒吧。
  • Created DJ-led weekend programming, Dim Sum Disco, industry nights and themed series.策划DJ周末活动、Dim Sum Disco、行业之夜及主题系列。
  • Drove KOL engagement and event-based marketing.推动KOL合作与活动营销。
